Every instructor owns a drawer of grip socks, and most of them do not grip. The dots wear smooth, the cuff slides, and halfway through a standing series you are renegotiating with the floor. After enough years of teaching, I stopped complaining about it and made my own.

Gemini Collaborative

Gemini Collaborative is the little company I run alongside the studio — named for the sign, because I am a textbook one. The socks are the first product: a grip pattern that actually holds through lateral work, a cuff that stays put, and colors that do not look like hospital issue.

They are the socks I hand to my own clients, and the ones I pack for every event and retreat. For corporate wellness days, I can even do custom-branded pairs for your team — ask me about it when you book.

Where to get them

The socks live at Gemini Collaborative. Studio clients: ask me at your next session and I will bring you a pair.
