Most people show up to a first session expecting a workout. What they get is a conversation — and then a workout. Before you ever touch a mat, I want to know what your days look like: the desk, the commute, the sport, the baby you carry on one hip, the shoulder that clicks when it rains.

That is not small talk. It is the assessment. The way you describe your body tells me almost as much as watching it move — where you point when you say “here,” which words you reach for, what you have stopped expecting to feel good.

What we actually do

We move through a short series of positions — nothing performative, nothing you can fail. I am watching how your spine sequences, where your pelvis sits, what your feet do when you stop thinking about them. Then we work: a first program, adjusted live, built from what your body just told us.

You will leave with two or three things to notice during your week. Not homework — noticing. The clients who change fastest are not the strongest ones. They are the ones who start catching their own habits between sessions.

Why it works this way

Because a program built for the body you actually have beats a perfect program built for someone else. Every session after the first one is a revision — the plan gets sharper as your body gets clearer. That is the whole method: pay attention, adjust, repeat.
